This article has no intentions to criticize feminism/women empowerment or insult women values. This article is based on pure facts and sources.
We are all familiar with the term “women empowerment”. Empowering women is simply embracing women’s perspectives and giving them the opportunity to choose the way of life they want to live. Enhancing the status of women through education, awareness, literacy and giving them the opportunity to work outside the home are some of the key points involved in women’s empowerment. Several experts describe the women empowerment as Feminism.
The slogan of women’s empowerment or feminism has gained wide popularity all over the world. This concept was implemented to respect and protect women’s rights all over the world. Nature itself explains and defends every creation created by Almighty.
Is the empowerment of women or feminism taking a wrong turn in our society? Is empowering women endangering men’s rights? Is society slowly favouring feminism more than masculinism?
Empowering the status of women through education, awareness, literacy and giving them the opportunity to work outside is acceptable but the injustice created by the empowerment of women is unacceptable. Examining social events in and out of the area is nothing short of heartbreaking. Every day, social media is filled with posts of heartbreaking murders, violence and suicides.
Is it right to link feminism or women empowerment with social injustice against masculinism? The feminism is a different ideology but people have misunderstood it. People are considering feminism as “women perfection” but in reality it isn’t so. No one in the world with the exception of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) can be perfect.
Every individual can do wrong things in his/her life. We always experience around us that whenever there is any fight on an affair or any issue like this, men don’t get a chance to put their point of clarification. This is because people have various misunderstandings about males rather knowing than any affair is a mutual agreement of the duo. Let’s light up this article with a few recently happened heartbreaking events.
“Dad, people were in numbers and everyone was in a terrible mood. It wasn’t just my fault, it was both of us involved, I tried my best to convince them and even showed them my girlfriend’s call recording, but no one listened to my request. I cried, bowed at their feet and begged them with folded hands to let me go, but I was constantly beaten”, the last words of Bhuwan Chandra Joshi, a 19-year-old boy, who was brutally killed by a group of locals of Almora’s village, Uttrakhand. Bhuwan died while undergoing treatment in a local medical facility.
Manav singh, a class 12th student in Gurugram who took his life after being accused of sexual abuse on social media. His brother, Rishi said that the social media post which went viral spoke about an alleged incident that happened two years ago when Manav was about 14 or 15 years old. He claimed that the girl who made the accusations had no proofs for the same.
Rishi wrote that Manav received threat calls and messages after her story went viral on social media. He said that Manav tried to defend himself in front of the girl and her friends who had accused him. He tried to convince them that he was innocent but he couldn’t handle the constant threats and believed that his side of the story would not be heard and finally Manav closed the chapter of his life forever.
Harpreet Singh, 30 years old man in a purported suicide letter, addressed to his family, Singh wrote, “I tried to forget the pain and betrayal but couldn’t. Please update the news of my death on Facebook.” This loss of life was only because of false rape threats from his girlfriend.
“I was not at home at that time, I saw him all beaten-up. His mouth was swollen, he was bleeding. After he reached home, his health started deteriorating, he started vomiting. We rushed him to the doctor, however, his health continued to worsen. We then took him to Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital, he lost his life in a span of 1-2 hours,” said Rahul’s uncle, an 18-year-old boy who was beaten to death in Delhi’s Adarsh Nagar over his alleged friendship with a girl in the locality.
Kamaraj, a delivery boy of Zomato, was suspended from his duty after Hitesha, a Bengaluru-based model and makeup artist accused him of harassing. Wasn’t the Hitesha booked by the police finally when the truth came out? Knowing that Zomato’s delivery boy was innocent.
Even after showing call recordings from the same contact number, why no one believed Bhuwan? Who told Manav singh that his side of the story won’t be heard? Did a woman know that her safety weapon is accusing rape or molestation?
In India, a term which is more dreadful than anything even it may take a person’s life on spot is “Tamasha Khada Kardongi” used most commonly by women at the times of their defeat. It is dreadful because after the “Tamasha” happens, no one believes a man even if he is completely true or innocent from his side. Everyone in the mob is trying to prove their bravery and loyalty towards the feminism rather knowing that they are uprooting their own roots of masculinism.
Can’t woman molest a man? Isn’t there a mutual agreement of duo in any kind of relationship? Aren’t there rights to protect man? Why women always know that by filing a harassing or false rape case against men, they can overrun them? Is the law favouring the weights for women? Why in molestation a man is becoming focal point of media coverage? Is it true that man’s point of clarification is being rebuffed? Is feminism really surpassing masculinism?
