Politics on vaccination drive
The thirteen top opposition leaders have jointly called on the Narendra Modi government to launch free mass vaccinations to tackle the coronavirus pandemic across the country.
The Union Government has initiated various efforts to deal with COVID 19. The Government provides free vaccinations in all state-run centers and millions of people have benefited from these centers.
The demand for free vaccinations is not appropriate, because some people are willing to move to private hospitals and be able to pay for vaccines. People are free to choose an option at present. The opposition parties should stop doing politics on vaccination drive and support the government to curb this global pandemic. Citizens need to follow safeguards and keep precautions.
