JK Teachers Forum Baramulla bids adieu to Zonal Planning Officer
Baramulla: JK Teachers Forum Zone Baramulla, Friday accorded an affectionate adieu to Mehraj Ud din Sofi, Zonal Education Planning Officer Baramulla on his superannuation, a statement issued here by the teachers body said.
The function took place in the auditorium of Boys Higer Secondary School Baramulla and was attended by a large gathering of Teachers, Masters, Zonal and District leadership of JK Teachers Forum.
Mohammad Rafique Rather President EJAC/Chairman JK Teachers Forum Presided over the function whereas Balbir Singh Raina Deputy Chief Education Officer Baramulla, Javid Ah Rather Principlal Boys HSS Baramulla and Sheikh Mohd Iqbal Zonal Education officer Baramulla were special guests on the occasion. Mehraj ud din Sofi outgoing ZEPO Baramulla was guest of honor.
Mohammad Rafique Rather while speaking lauded the dedication and commitment with which Mr Mehraj Ud din worked in the Department. While recalling his role Rather said, the outgoing ZEPO by dint of his diligence, commitment and exemplary devotion has earned a name for himself.
Rather also said that the retiree through his service career had performed his duties with dedication. He further prayed for his peaceful and healthy future.
Mehraj ud din Sofi later thanked all his colleagues and subordinates for their support and cooperation during his tenure in the department.
