Govt officer died due to heart attack in Tulail
Srinagar: A Block Development Officer (BDO) died due to massive heart attack in north Kashmir’s Tulail area, official sources said.
They said 48-year-old Saleem Ahmad Darzi, BDO border area of Tulail, was preparing for Friday prayers when he suffered a heart and suddenly collapsed. However, he was immediately rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora Dr Owais Ahmad expressed deep shock over the demise of BDO Darzi.
Meanwhile, Dr Owais has requested Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, to arrange a chopper to airlift the body of BDO from Tulail which remained cut off from district headquarter due to snow.
