Former Minister Raman Bhalla calls on Lt Guv
JAMMU: Raman Bhalla, former Minister and Working President J&K Pradesh Congress Committee called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday, an official spokesman said here.
He said that the former Minister raised several issues with the Lt Guv during the meeting.
