Police seizes six Tractors involved in illegal transportation of minerals
Srinagar: Police in Awantipora intensified efforts to combat illegal mining activities in Awantipora and seized six tractors involved in illegal transportation of minerals, a police spokesman said Saturday.
He said that a police party seized six tractors from Nowdal area of Police Station Tral, involved in illegal transportation of minerals.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR NO. 125/2025 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Tral and further investigation has been initiated, the spokesman added.
