DLIC Ganderbal approves 227 cases under Mission YUVA
GANDERBAL: A meeting of the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) under Mission YUVA was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore at the V.C Room of the DC office, here.
During the meeting, the Committee held detailed discussions on applications submitted by young aspiring entrepreneurs under the scheme. After careful scrutiny, the Committee approved 227 eligible cases for further financial support and handholding.
DC also reviewed the status of cases approved in earlier DLIC meetings and directed the Lead District Manager to ensure timely processing and quick disbursement of sanctioned cases so that benefits reach youth entrepreneurs at the earliest.
Further, DC reviewed the progress on the selection of Motivators under the scheme and emphasized the need for sustained awareness and capacity building programmes, particularly in colleges, under Udyam Jagriti.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat; Chief Planning Officer; GM DIC; Assistant Director Employment; Lead District Manager and other concerned officials.
