Security forces recover suspicious object in Tral, Shopian areas of south Kashmir
Srinagar, Feb 18: Security forces on Tuesday found two suspicious objects resembling an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in South Kashmir’s Pulwama District and Shopian area.
An official saud that the suspicious object was found at Pinglish Nagwadi in Tral in Pulwama following which security forces cordoned off the area.
He said that the Bomb Disposal Squad has been called in to destroy the object.
Pertinently, security forces earlier on Tuesday morning detected a suspicious object in Zainpora Shopian following which BDS reached the spot to diffuse it.
Meanwhile investigation in this regard has been taken up. (KNO)
