BML Basketball Tournament semis held: DPS, Life School emerge victorious
Pampore: On the Day-4 of the ongoing tournament Second BML Basketball SILVER ROLLING TROPHY at BOMIS PAMPORE the Ist semi-final (Boys) was played between Delhi Public School Srinagar and Doon International School Srinagar wherein Delhi Public School Srinagar emerged victorious with the score line of 36 to 19.
For his brilliant performance of 11 points and 5 assists the team captain Murtaza Ahmed was declared the Player of the Match.
In the second semi-finals (girls) LIFE School Charari Sharief Budgam took on the defending champions Green Valley Educational Institute Srinagar in a what proved to be an one sided contest.
The score line ended at 21 to 3. Team captain of Adeena emerged as the Player of Match for her 12 points and 2 assists.
In the post-match presentation Director Physical Education & Sports BOMIS PAMPORE Wasim Beigh congratulated the winning team and appreciated their team skills & strategies.
