SRINAGAR: Chief of the Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi Thursday met Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, at Raj Bhawan, an official spokesman said here.
He said that General Upendra Dwivedi was accompanied by Lieutenant General MV Suchindra Kumar, GOC-in-C Northern Command and Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, GOC 15 Corps.
Various issues related to the security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir came p for discussion during the meeting.
