CHC Rajpora achieves milestone, conducts first Laproscopic appendectomy
Srinagar: CHC Rajpora achieved a milestone as it conducted the first Laproscopic appendectomy, a statement issued by the health institution said.
It said that a male patient of about 20 years age was presented to surgery department with recurrent appendicitis. Diagnostic laparoscopy was planned and successfully aparoscopic appendectomy was done.
This was possible because of worthy DDC PULWAMA Dr. Basharat qayoom who provided CHC Rajpora with state of art 4K- laparoscopic system. We thank our worthy BMO: DR Jawahira madam, who is always ready to provide all kind of logistic support. The whole theatre team including anaesthesia department deserve full credit.
