Cop killed in road accident in Soura Srinagar
Srinagar: A policeman was killed in a road accident in Soura area of Srinagar on Thursday morning.
An official said that a scooty bearing registration number – JK16B-7611 collided with a truck at 90ft road, resulting in on spot death of the scooty rider.
The deceased was identified as Muhammad Amin Bhat son of Mohammad Yousuf Bhat of Repora Lar Ganderbal.
He was working as selection grade constable in J&K Police.
Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the incident and has started investigations. (KNO)
