DCO conducts enforcement drive in Ramban
RAMBAN: Drug Control Officer, Imtiyaz Ahmed Friday conducted an enforcement drive in Ramban Town to enforce installation of CCTV cameras, implementation of computerized billing systems and compliance with regulations regarding the maintenance of NRX drugs records by medical stores.
During the inspections, it was observed that Chemists have complied with the directions and have installed CCTVs and almost all the inspected firms have installed computers.
The inspection aimed to promote transparency and accountability among the chemists and ensure that proper surveillance measures are in place. The Drug Control Department’s proactive approach underscore its commitment to safeguard public health and uphold ethical practices within the pharmaceutical sector.
