Police booked three miscreants under PSA
Srinagar, Apr 8: Police in Baramulla booked three persons under PSA for their continuous involvement in anti-national activities, after obtaining formal detention orders from competent authority, a police spokesman said Monday.
The three accused persons identified as Mysir Majeed Malik son of Abdul Majeed resident of Seriwarpora Pattan, Abdul Ahad Dar son of Ghulam Mohd DAR resident of Dar Mohalla Palhallan and Khursheed Ahmad Waza son of Late Ghulam Ahmad resident of Tantraypora Palhallan have been booked under Public Safety Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent Authority. The booked persons have been detained and subsequently lodged in District Jail Kupwara and Anantnag, the spokesman added.
Pertinently, many cases are registered against these persons and were involved in disturbance of L&O and subversion. Despite their involvement in many FIR’s they did not mend their anti-national & anti-Social activities.
