Police seizes tractor, arrests its driver for illegal transportation of minerals
Srinagar: Police in Baramulla seized a tractor and arrested its driver for illegal transportation of minerals, a police spokesman said Thursday.
He said that a police party seized a tractor and arrested its driver identified as Javeed Ahmad Mir son of Ghulam Qadir Mir resident of Saloosa Kreeri for illegal transportation of minerals at Saloosa Kreeri Baramulla.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Kreeri and investigation has been initiated, the spokesman added.
