Cold conditions intensify further, Srinagar records minus 4.8 degree Celsius

Srinagar, Dec 11: The minimum temperature has recorded a further slide in Kashmir with Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir recording the coldest night of the season at minus 4.8 degree Celsius.
As per the details available the sub-zero temperature has been recorded across all the stations in the region.
In Qazigund, the mercury settled at minus 3.4 degree Celsius while in Gulmarg, a minimum temperature of minus 3.6 degree Celsius was recorded.
Pahalgam, a famous tourist place, recorded a low of minus 4.7 degree Celsius while Kupwara in north Kashmir recorded a minimum temperature of minus 4.0 degree Celsius.
