Ganderbal, Sep 28: The State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) on Thursday rescued 6 persons who were stuck in Manasbal lake in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district amid gusty winds.
Officials said that six persons were enjoying a boat ride in Manasbal lake when gusty winds suddenly started.
“However, quick reaction teams of SDRF started a rescue operation and evacuated the people to safe locations,” they said. (KNO)
