DLSA Kupwara to organize Pre-National Lok Adalat on August-19
KUPWARA: According to Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kupwara, in connection with the 3rd National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 09.09.2023, DLSA Kupwara is going to organize Pre-National Lok Adalat on 19.08.2023 within the premises of District Court Complex Kupwara.
In this regard, Parties or their Advocates, whose cases are pending before any court at District Court Complex Kupwara and are desirous to settle their cases/claims/matters through the above scheduled Lok Adalat, shall approach the concerned courts by or before 10.08.2023.
Besides, parties whose cases are pending as well as Pre-Litigation matters in any court and are desirous to settle their disputes can also approach their concerned courts on any working day by or before 10.08.2023, so that their cases, claims or matters are processed and referred to the Pre-National Lok Adalat for settlement.
