DLIC meeting approves 08 cases under MUMKIN scheme at Ganderbal
GANDERBAL: A meeting of the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) was held Thursday at Mini Secretariat, Ganderbal to review the implementation of MUMKIN scheme in the district.
The meeting was chaired by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-u-din Shah.
Assistant Director Employment, Ganderbal Dr. Sheeba Inayat briefed the chair and other members about different guidelines of the scheme and on the current status of cases approved in previous DLIC meetings.
During the meeting, several cases of unemployed eligible youth in the district were presented to the Committee for approval under MUMKIN.
After reviewing the cases, the ADC approved 08 new cases under MUMKIN which were complete in all respects.
The chair directed the member secretary to verify all other pending cases and sponsor the newly approved cases to the Banks at the earliest.
The meeting was also attended by DLIC members including the GM DIC Ganderbal Zahid Rashid Khan, ARTO Ganderbal Wajahat Qayoom, LDM Ganderbal Shabir A. Dar, along with staff of DE&CC Ganderbal.
