Two killed, another missing as vehicle plunges into river at Doda
Jammu, May 29: Two persons were killed and another was feared missing after a vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road and fell into a river in Doda district on Monday.
Official sources said that the vehicle fell into Raggi Nallah and immediately after the accident, a massive rescue operation was launched by local volunteers and police.
Two bodies were fished out so far and one more person is missing in the accident, they added.
A police officer confirmed the mishap and said that efforts are underway to trace the third person believed to be travelling in the vehicle. (GNS)
