Residential house damaged in fire mishap at Sopore
Sopore: A residential house was gutted in a fire mishap in Muqam Shaheed Mir Botingoo area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla District on Monday evening, report said
They said that fire broke out in the single storey residential house belonging to Mohammad Shaban Ganai Son of Ghulam Ahmad Ganai in Muqam Shaheed Mir Botingoo area of Sopore.
The fire spread rapidly and a team from Fire and Emergency Services reached the spot and doused the flames with the help of locals, reports said.
In the mishap, the house was completely damaged and property and valuables worth lacs were also destroyed.
Meanwhile, officials said that the cause of the fire was not known immediately however, no one sustained burn injuries during the mishap.
