JDA allotts 33 alternate plots to the allottees through Draw of Lots
JAMMU: The Jammu Development Authority (JDA) has allotted 33 alternate plots to the allottees of Sector-6 New Roop Nagar Housing Colony through Draw of Lots.
The draw of lot was conducted in the meeting hall of JDA at Vikas Bhawan, Rail Head Complex Jammu in presence of allottees/their representatives.
The draw of lot was conducted by Dr. Sahil Jandyal, Secretary JDA in presence and under the overall supervision of Pankaj Magotra, Vice Chairman, JDA.
Notably, these were the long pending genuine cases which could not be handed over plots due to litigation.
The draw was conducted in a fair and transparent manner and was duly video graphed.
Allottees who got their alternate plots have appreciated the efforts made by JDA in resolving their long pending issue.
Secretary JDA was advised by the Vice Chairman, JDA to ensure issuance of the LOI to these allottees at an earliest.
Other senior officers present were Superintending Engineer, Chief Town Planner, Executive Engineer –II, Financial Advisor & CAO, Tehsildar Zone C & D, Accounts Officer and Legal Assistant, JDA.
