‘Unite Kashmir’ holds awareness camp at Sopore hospital

Sopore: ‘The Unite Kashmir’- a youth based organisation on Saturday organised an introductory awareness camp related to ethics of hospital with all stakeholders of the society at Sub District Hospital (SDH) Sopore.

The awareness camp was organised under the banner of Elaaj “Committed To Care” of Unite Kashmir.

The main motive of the camp was to amend the moral and responsible values among people towards betterment.

The organisers said they are planning to help and assist needy people in the hospital with regards to providing guidance, in terms of high price medicines, tests on a volunteer basis.

President Unite Kashmir, Er. Furqan Janwari welcomed all the guests and gave detailed information about ethics of hospitals.

A signature pledge was held to make the hospital foremost treatable.

The awareness camp was attended by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar, CMO Baramulla, BMO Sopore Dr. Zulfikar Sofi, Staff members of SDH, ACR Baramulla, District Social welfare officer Baramulla, ADC Sopore, SSP Sopore, SDPO Sopore, SHO Sopore, Executive Engineer R&B Sopore, Chairperson MC Sopore, Councillors of MC and DDC members.

Besides, Trade bodies of sopore, civil society members of sopore, Members from different civil and social organisations, youth, students and school administrators also participated in the event.

The executive body of Unite Kashmir along with other members and volunteers was present during the camp.

A question answer session was also conducted with officials to address the genuine concern of the public.

Spokesperson Unite Kashmir, Inayat Haleem presented a vote of thanks at the occasion.

The awareness camp concluded with the cleaning Drive inside and outside the hospital.
