Shooting stones, mudslides shut Jammu-Srinagar highway
Srinagar, Nov 14: Jammu Srinagar highway, the only surface link connecting Kashmir Valley with the outside world, was blocked at many places between Chanderkot and Banihal in Ramban district due to shooting stones and mudslides, official said.
“Traffic will be allowed after clearance of road,” a traffic department official said. Notably, it has been raining across various districts in Jammu and Kashmir and Ramban district also received rainfall since overnight. (GNS)
