DSEK announces new school timings in Kashmir
Srinagar: The authorities have ordered change in school timings in Kashmir Valley, beginning Saturday, an order issued here said.
“All the Government and Private (recognized) Schools of Kashmir Division shall observe school timings as 9:00 am to 3:00 pm within Municipal limits of Srinagar city and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in areas falling outside Municipal limits of Srinagar w.e.f 01.10.2022,” Directorate of School Education Department said in a order.
Notably, schools in Jammu zone had ordered change in timings from Saturday.
