Trooper on leave reportedly dies of cardiac arrest
Kupwara, Sep 3: A CRPF paramilitary trooper reportedly died of cardiac arrest at his home in Gundishart of Karnah in Kupwara district this afternoon, officials said.
They said that Ghulam Yameen son of Manghat Khatanna, a resident of Ibkote suffered a major cardiac arrest during a function at his home, adding he was lifted for immediate medical attention to SDH Kupwara, where the doctors declared him as brought dead on arrival.
Posted at Delta Coy (DPL Kupwara), the officials further said that the now deceased trooper was on leave since August 29, 2022. (GNS)
