Three LeT terrorists killed in Shopian gunfight: Police
Srinagar, August 30: Three terrorists of Lashkar-i-Toiba outfit were killed in a gunfight in Nagbal area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Tuesday.
Official sources said that three terrorists of LeT were killed and their bodies were also recovered from the encounter site.
Earlier a joint team of Police and army launched a cordon and search operation in the area.
As the joint team of forces intensified searches towards the target spot, the hiding terrorists fired upon the forces, leading to an encounter. (GNS)
