The village comprises of around 500 households but has been left at the mercy of God.

“In case of exigencies, we have no other option other than to take patient on cart for about six kilometers and during night and wet weather it is more difficult to reach to the destination,” the locals said.
Sameer Khan, a local resident said that many patients from the area have died on way to hospital in absence of any health care facility in the area.
“The authorities were informed about it dozens of times but nothing is being done in this regard,” he said.
The locals said that they are living in the dark age with no facilities in the area.
“Despite repeated requests to the government, no concrete step is being taken on the ground,” they said.
Locals have demanded immediate attention of J&K LG administration in this regard.
The health authorities said that they will decide anything about the area after checking the feasibility of the area.
