Teenager drowns in river Jehlum, rescue ops launched
Srinagar, Jul 04: A teenager drowned in river Jehlum at Soiteng Lasjan area of Srinagar on Monday afternoon even as rescue operation has been launched, officials sources said here.
Official sourcessaid that a 14-year-old boy identified as Asrar Ahmad Dar of Padshahi Bagh drowned in river Jehlum at Soiteng Lasjan while talking a bath.
They said that the rescue operation has been launched by army and local police to fish out his body. (KNO)
