03 days zaingair youth sports carnival concludes
Sopore: A first of its kind 3 day sports mega sports conducted at Pethabug Sports ground culminated here on Saturday.
The sports event was organised by Zaingair Youth Sports Committee under stewardship of the Army to rejuvenate the Sports Culture in Sopore region.
Zaingair Youth Sports Carnival was organised with an aim to boost sports culture in the region and revitalize rural games.
The Zaingair Sports Carnival has set a benchmark in the true sense of a word wherein many sports events with28 youth association came together to make this carnival a historic moment.
The Deputy Commissioner (DC), Baramulla inaugurated the Zaingair Youth Sports Carnival and the opening ceremony was held with lighting of Flame and sports event continued in collaboration with Sports Association, Zaingair.
Meanwhile the participants and the winners were felicitated by the Chief Guest.
