Srinagar: The J&K government on Tuesday asked all the HoDs, heads of hospitals and healthcare institutions to improve their respective Patient Satisfaction Score (PSS) on Mera Aspataal App.
The government also instructed them to ensure the highest standard of services are provided to patients as well.
A circular issued by Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department reads that the patient feedback/satisfaction score from hospitals through the “Mera Aspataal” App has been introduced to monitor, assess and improve the delivery of Health Care in the hospitals of J&K.
“Monthly feedback is being generated which is being monitored at the highest level of the UT Administration,” the government circular reads.
The government in its circular has said that the J&K PSS for previous years has depicted a low average score for all the hospitals which has been viewed seriously by the higher authorities.
“It is impressed upon all the HoDs and heads of hospitals and healthcare institutions of J&K to ensure that the highest standard of services is provided to the patients and improve their respective scores at least above 90 points for the coming months and subsequently setting a target of 100,” it reads.
The instructions may be followed in letter and spirit, it reads.
