Finance Dept calls order on regularization as ‘fake’
Srinagar: The Finance Department on Friday termed the order according approval of appointments in forest department as fake.
An official spokesman said that a fake order issued in the name of the Finance department claiming that JK govt has accorded approval to the recruitment rules prepared by deptt of Forest, Ecology environment for regularizations is being circulated on social media.
“No such order has been issued and the order being circulated is fake,” the spokesman added.
The order had said that government of Jammu and Kashmir has accorded approval to the recruitment rules by the Department of Forest, Ecology Environment for regularizations. The services of work charge Daily wages casual labours be regularized against the posts of watchers (forest guard) in forest Department as per provision prescribed in Jammu & Kashmir Forest Department under service rules 1981 bearing SRO 64 and SRO 520.
With the approval all daily wagers who have completed seven years of service are hereby regularized and list of 1164 Daily Wagers is attached with the list. The document verification may be done by Concerned Divisional Forest Officers from 20-05-2022, the fake order claimed.
