Two terrorists killed in Bandipora gunfight
Bandipora, May13: Two terrorists have been killed in the operation in upper belt of Brar-Aragam area in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday, officials said.
They said that the identity of both the slain militants is yet to be ascertained.
Earlier, the encounter broke out shortly after joint security forces including army’s 13RR, CRPF and SOG of Jammu and Kashmir police cordoned off the area following inputs about the presence of militants there.
Earlier, IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that two recent infiltrated Pakistani terrorists of LeT terror outfit who escaped from recent anti-terrorist operation on 11/5/22 at Salinder forest area were tracked down. They have been trapped today at Brar Bandipora—(KNO)
