Shivalik College of Engineering organises awareness camps
Srinagar: Shivalik College of Engineering Dehradun organized awareness camps in Srinagar, Budgam, Ganderbal, Anantnag and Pulwama for students of different coaching centres and also conducted workshops for students and their parents regarding ongoing admission in engineering and other faculties, Dr. Danish, Dean Shivalik College of Engineering college said.
He said that Shivalik College has been playing a vital role in the field of technical education since 2008, due to which this college has a unique position in India and it is ranked eighth among the engineering colleges.
He further informed that Shivalik College is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Pharmacy Council of India, Ministry of Education and Uttarakhand Technical University. The college has partnerships with leading industrial companies and other important institutions of India.
Dr. Danish further said that from the last one and half decade, Shivalik College of Engineering has been a part of the DNA. Referring to the modern facilities available in this college, he said that Excellent classrooms, Internet, state of the art laboratories, world class e-library, experienced and professional professors and other associated staff are available in this college.
There are separate hostels and mess facilities for boys and girls in a staff-friendly environment. The college is being run according to international standards.
Referring to the performance of the college, he said that Times Engineering Awards 2021,was given to Shivalik College of Engineering Dehradun as the best engineering institute in Uttarakhand. The college helped placement of more than 4,000 successful alumni worldwide.
