Drug peddlers held in Baramulla
Srinagar: Police on Friday arrested two drug peddlers in north Kashmir’s Baramulla and recovered contraband substance from his possession, a police spokesman said.
He said that a police party during daily routine checking arrested two drug peddlers identified as Imran Zameer Khan son of Zameer Ahmad Khan resident of Trikanjan Boniyar and Yasin Ahmad Ganie son of Abdul Rehman resident of Delina Ghat at Juhama Baramulla and recovered 10 grams of Brown Sugar from his possession. They have been shifted to police station where they remain in custody.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Baramulla and investigation set in motion, the spokesman added.
