National Lok Adalat on March-12 at Anantnag
ANANTNAG: According to the Chairman District Legal Services Authority Anantnag, a National Lok Adalat will be held on March 12, 2022 in the District Court Complex at ADR Center Anantnag and subordinate courts.
In the said Lok Adalat, for amicable settlement of different nature pre and post litigation case/ matters related to matrimonial disputes, 138 NI Act bank recovery cases, MACT cases and traffic challans is scheduled to be held on 12-03-2022 in all the courts of district Anantnag.
The courts of district Anantnag are requested to identify the cases fit to be taken up in the scheduled Lok Adalat and list be submitted to this authority by or before February 05, 2022.
Further, interested persons through their counsel are directed to approach this office for pre-litigation settlement of cases relating to bank recovery, loans and public utility services and schemes.
