Medical student from Sopore dies of cardiac arrest

Sopore: A 28-years old youth pursuing his post graduation in medical degree died reportedly due to cardiac arrest at SMHS hospital in Srinagar on Wednesday evening, family sources said.
The deceased is identified as Muhammad Rashid son of Ghulam Qadir Ahanger, a resident of Model town Sopore.
“We tried to contact him on phone at around 4 pm on Wednesday but he was not picking up his phone,” his family members said.
They said that they later called his colleague who went to his room and found him lying unconscious.
“He was then reportedly shifted to hospital where doctor declared him dead due to cardiac arrest,” the family members of the deceased said.
