Australia deserves applaud
Respected Sir,
Kudos to Australian Cricket Team for emerging victorious in the seventh edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup final match. Having won the 50 over’s World Cup five times and the Champions Trophy two times, this was their only unclaimed title.
The victory is also a gentle reminder how the team quickly shifted from the legendary era of Ricky Ponting and Glenn McGrath to Aaron Finch’s and Mitchell Starc without losing even a bit of luster. It seems that the legacy and the glory are going to be carried for a long time.
For India which faced a pathetic setback in the tournament, there are lessons to be learnt. A well composed squad with a fearless approach plays a decisive role in T20 cricket. The faith on the players by the Board becomes paramount as well. These are noteworthy for a strong comeback.
