Demise of noted Poet, Writer Naji Munawar widely condoled
SHOPIAN: In a condolence message, the District Administration Shopian Saturday expressed profound grief over the passing away of an eminent scholar, renowned poet and great writer, Naji Munawar.
It was recalled that Munawar was a man of great caliber and would always remain on the forefront for the cause of Kashmiri culture and language, and his demise was termed as a great loss to the Kashmiri language.
He was a compassionate man of great conviction and was well-known for his works in the field of Kashmiri literature and his death is really an irreparable loss to the nation.
