It was after two consecutive years that the congregational prayers were held at major shrines in the Valley on the eve of Eid-e-Milad as the Covid outbreak here in Jammu and Kashmir forced the government to disallow the special prayers to prevent the gatherings in wake of the virus.

The devotees were seen raising their hands and were seeking forgiveness from Almighty Allah. The devotees had a glimpse of the holy relic after every prayer.
