Police arrest 3 drug peddlers in Kupwara
Kupwara: Police on Thursday claimed to have busted a network of drug peddlers and have arrested three notorious drug peddlers.
Police have identified the arrested trio as Javid Ahmad Lone of Panzgam Kralpora., Shameem Ahmad Bhat of Sudhpora Karnah and Jahangir Ahmad Khan of Chitterkote Karnah.
They said the trio involved in Drug Peddling/Smuggling have been detained under The Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act ,1988 through orders issued by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir and have been lodged in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu respectively.
