Srinagar: Police on Wednesday arrested a notorious drug peddler identified as Aashiq Hussain Mir son of Abdul Hameed Mir a resident of Okey Kulgam who was evading his arrest.
Acting swiftly on a specific information regarding his presence, a special team raided the specified location and arrested the said absconder, a police spokesman said.
As per police records, he was wanted by law for his involvement in case FIR No. 202/2021 of Police Station Kulgam.
