BJP worker shot dead in Kulgam
Srinagar, Aug 17: A BJP worker was shot dead by suspected militants in Brazloo area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday.
Official sources said that suspected militants fired upon BJP incharge for Homshali Bugh constituency outside his home from point blank range, resulting in his instant death.
He has been identified as Javid Ahmad Dar resident of resident of Brazloo Jagir. He was incharge for Homshali Bugh constituency since last three years.
A team of police has reached to the spot to ascertain the facts. (GNS)
