Encounter between militants, security forces starts at Mochwa near Bagi-mehtab
Srinagar, Aug 7: An encounter broke out between militants an security forces in Mochwa area of Bagimehtab on the outskirts of Srinagar, police said Saturday morning.
“Encounter has started at Mochwa area of #Budgam. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice,” a tweet by the Jammu and Kashmir police said.
Meanwhile, the entire area has been cordoned off as intermittent firing continues in the area.
