Labour dies of electrocution in Anantnag
Anantnag, July 19: A 33-year-old labourer was on Monday morning electrocuted to death in a Bandsaw mill at Hanji Danter Anantnag.
Reports said that the labourer identified as Majid Ahmad son of Mohammed Sultan Bhat of Hanji Danter area of Anantnag received electric shock in a Band saw Mill.
He was subsequently shifted to GMC Anantnag where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival, they said.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance the accident, an official said.(GNS)
