Operation launched after body seen floating in river near LoC in Rajouri
Jammu, July 12: The security forces on Monday launched an operation after villagers saw a body floating in flooded river waters in Daddal village of Sunderbani near the Line of Control in Rajouri.
An official said that earlier, last week a gunfight had raged in Daddal village, in which two militants and two army personnel were killed.
He said that today morning some locals spotted a body floating in the river, following which they informed the security forces.
The official said that the forces later launched an operation to retrieve the body—(KNO)
