Militants attack police party at Lazibal, cop injured
Anantnag: A policeman was injured on Thursday evening after militants attacked a police party in Lazibal area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said.
They said that militants fired a few pistol shots towards the police party at Lazibal, leaving a policeman injured.
“The injured policeman was shifted to hospital where his condition is stable,” an official added.
He said that the entire area has been cordoned off and a massive search operation was launched to nab the attackers. (KNO)
