Militants Attack CRPF Party In Shopian, No Casualty Reported
Srinagar: Militants on Monday opened fire on a CRPF naka party in South Kashmir’s Shopian district. However no losses to life or injuries have been reported in the incident. .
Officials told GNS that a CRPF party of 178 Battalion came under attack in Babapora village. The militants after firing several shots towards the naka party fled the spot, they said.
No loss to life or injuries has been reported in the incident, they said.
Soon a siege was laid in and around the area to nab the assailants. However when this report was filed, no arrests had been made. (GNS)
