Jio customers in Anantnag village annoyed over poor services

Anantnag: Jio consumers in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district are facing inconvenience as the cellular network service has failed to provide quality services in the area.
Locals from Nowgam village of Shangus belt of Anantnag said that they are facing tough times in terms of network since more than a year now and despite demonstrations and requests to the company officials their demands were not met.
They said that most of the people in the area have opted for Jio services but the company never took our problems seriously.
“If they don’t take steps, we will have no option but to change to another service provider,” Shakeel Ahmad, an annoyed consumer, said.
“Although we have requested several times to the authorities but they did not pay any heed towards it,” he added.
Locals alleged that the officials of the company just gave assurances in this regard, but nothing has been done on ground .
Due to poor Jio internet services we face so many problems and hardships especially our children who have to attend online classes in times of Covid pandemic, the locals rued.
Locals requested the concerned authorities to look into the matter at an earliest so that they can have a sigh of relief.
