Two minors killed after pillar collapsed in Tangmarg village
Srinagar, May 7: Two minor cousins were killed instantly after a pillar attached to a house collapsed in Kutpora Tangmarg area of Baramulla district on Friday afternoon.
Family sources said that the duo were playing in the courtyard and in the due course a cement pillar broke and collapsed burying the two minors underneath.
They said that both the girls died on the spot, they said.
The deceased duo has been identified as Urfi Jaan and Soliha Jaan, aged between 8-9 years.
A police official confirming the incident said that they are ascertaining the nature of incident.
Meanwhile, a pall of gloom has descended over the area on the tragic death of the two minor girls. (GNS)
